What happens if an item doesn't match its listing?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review the case, and if the item doesn't match its description, you're eligible for a full refund through our resolution process.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store your full card details — payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers, and funds are held securely until the transaction is confirmed complete.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Use the "Report" link on any listing page, or contact our support team directly. Every report is reviewed by a human, not just an automated filter.
Do verified items ever turn out to be fake?
Our gemmology team physically examines every verified item before certification, so this is extremely rare. If it ever happens, it's covered under our buyer protection guarantee.
